Meet The Board

TJ is the current president serving the UCPA.  He is the Park's Superintendent for North Salt Lake City.

Lane Larkin is the owner of Rocky Mountain Monument and Vault.

Bruce has served as a board member and treasurer for the UCPA for several years.  He is the Parks and Recreation Director for Centerville City.

Josh has been a past president of the UCPA and has served on the board for many years.  He is the Parks and Open Space Superintendent for Highland City.

Bob is the Parks Superintendent for Pleasant View CIty.

My name is Emmett Green. I’ve been employed with American Fork City for 7 years, and I have been a part of the UCPA for almost 3 years. I have enjoyed getting to know many of you over the years at our events, and look forward to becoming acquainted with the rest of you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you ever have questions, comments, or concerns, work related or not. 

On an unrelated work note, I enjoy being in the outdoors to hunt, fish, and camp, and I love to golf and play softball. I have been married to my wife, Morgan, for 6 years. We have a 3 year old daughter, Lorraine, and another girl on the way in just a few months. 

Brock is the Parks Director for Bountiful City.

Paul Defa is the newest board member of the association. He works as the Springville City Cemetery Sexton and Canyon Parks Supervisor. He has worked for them for 14 years in various positions as part of the Parks Department. Before Springville he worked at the Purple Sage Golf Course in Evanston, Wyoming for three years as the Irrigation Specialist. He started like most of us in the public sector as a seasonal employee at Evanston Cemetery for two summers after high school. He began his landscaping journey at the age of eight as he worked by mowing and trimming lawns for his neighbors. Paul and his family reside in Springville and in their spare time enjoy traveling, watching sports, and visiting the outdoors.

Jody has worked for the UCPA for 4 years.  She also works for Heber City in Cemetery, Parks, and Events.  Contact her for all UCPA business/questions.
